We are moving, but not on schedule.

Things have not gone as smoothly as I had hoped with this move.  We are still on track to get a 5 acre parcel of Texas heaven, but it appears there will be another week delay. Buying and selling a home has been classified as one the great stresses of adult life….now I know why.  I have moved many times before, but my past moves have involved new construction homes in established subdivisions.  The two things I want most to get away from.

The area in Texas where we are headed is perfectly located.  I will still be in close proximity to all of the amenities of Houston and The Woodlands, but we’ll enjoy the fine country living I envisioned from watching episodes of Green Acres as a child.  Give me some of that fresh air!
