This is a quick and easy banner just in time for Valentine’s Day! Just print and cut the letters, then use the templates to cut card stock paper of your choice. Glue together, add a ribbon and you’re done! Happy Crafting!

BTW, this banner was inspired when I saw a Dear Lillie link party post. I couldn’t find any directions, so I created the closest thing I could. I really wish I had the scalloped template. I may continue to try and recreate that.
