Fiber Challenges are the best way to cut through my stash. I set a goal to get through the Bags and bags of fiber that are filling my guest room. I am challenging myself to work my way through it before the end of 2020. You would think that I could easily focus on this simple task, but my lack of discipline is really showing.
I like the added pressure of having some accountability and record keeping so I’m going to keep some ideas here and share my goals and progress.
